Order info, Pick Up & Shipping
Pick UpIf you are on the Gold Coast, you can come into our office and pick up your board. Just choose the pick up option at the check out. It generally takes 2-3 hours for your order to go through our system depending on the volume of orders we are receiving.
Email us on firstname.lastname@example.org once you have received your order confirmation and let us know when you would like to pick up your board and we will make sure it is ready for you.

For standard shipping we add a flat rate of $10 per purchase for the East Coast of Australia and $5 per extra item and $20 for Western Australia and $5 per extra item. For express shipping we charge $20 per purchase for the East Coast of Australia and $5 per extra item and $25 for Western Australia and $5 per extra item. All currency figures are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Standard shipping times
Delivery time is usually 3-8 business days. Isolated areas will have longer delivery times. All standard shipping orders are sent via Australia Post E-Parcel, Couriers Please, Fast Ways and TNT and will require signature confirmation upon delivery to ensure the goods have been received. If you are unlikely to be home to sign for the goods we recommend the use of a business address if more convenient. If the goods are unable to be signed for the courier will leave a card to notify the goods were attempted to be delivered. We use Australia Post Express for all of our express shipping. Shipping times are 2-5 business days Please see the Australia Post website for more details about your specific area.
All International orders will be shipped via Australia Post Express Courier international. The service starts from $49 and varies per region and is a 5-8 day express delivery service that offers online tracking and signature on delivery. Items sent via Australia Post will require signature confirmation upon delivery to ensure the goods have been received. If you are unlikely to be home to sign for the goods we recommend that you use a Business address or a PO Box. All in stock items will be shipped next working day after email confirmation of order.
