If you are on the Gold Coast, you can come into our warehouse and pick up your board. Just choose the pick up option at the check out. Give us a call when you would like to pick up your board and we will make sure it is ready for you. You can call us on 0755345493
For postage and handling we add a flat rate of $10 per purchase for the East Coast of Australia, $20 for Western Australia and $5 per extra item. All currency figures are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Delivery time is usually 5 working days on the East Coast of Australia and 5-7 working days in WA but may vary depending on the location of the customer. Isolated areas will have longer delivery times. All orders are sent via Couriers Please and will require signature confirmation upon delivery to ensure the goods have been received. If you are unlikely to be home to sign for the goods we recommend the use of a business address if more convenient. If the goods are unable to be signed for Couriers Please will leave a card to notify the goods were attempted to be delivered.

All International orders will be shipped via Australia Post Express Courier international. The service starts from $49 and varies per region and is a 5-7 day express delivery service that offers online tracking and signature on delivery. Items sent via Australia Post will require signature confirmation upon delivery to ensure the goods have been received. If you are unlikely to be home to sign for the goods we recommend that you use a Business address or a PO Box. All in stock items will be shipped next working day after email confirmation of order.
